Dear Friends,
You are invited to attend Adhesive Theater Project's world premiere, workshop production of R.U.R. (Rossum's Universal Robots): A Futurist Folk Opera, based on the play by Karel Čapek that introduced the word "robot" into the world's lexicon.
Our production re-imagines Čapek's dark drama by blending Rock, Tango, and Jazz music with contemporary dance and re-examines the concept of "robot" for the 21st Century.
