Adhesive Theater Project

August 2008

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

We are raising funds for our company, Adhesive Theater Project, and our new Dance/Theater/Multi-media production of NOIR, which we will present this spring in collaboration with Laura Peterson Choreography.  This is our most ambitious production to date, and if you know our work you know we can be pretty ambitious…  So we're asking for your support.

You don't have to send us a check!
No credit cards over the Internet!
In fact, it won't cost you a red cent…

So, what do you have to do?

CLEAN YOUR ROOM!!!

That's right! As we bid farewell to the summer, why not also bid farewell to clutter?
We will be holding our annual Massive Stoop Sale on Saturday, September 6th.
If you have any gently used items you'd like to donate, please call us at 718-596-2565.
We will make an appointment and come to your door! (In Brooklyn)
We will do all the work!
We will pick up your Mel Tormé 78's you never listen to anymore, or those Fabérge eggs that just don't look good on your mantle next to that Pee-wee Herman doll no matter the arrangement.  We will be picking up items between Monday, September 1st and Friday, September 5th.

All donations are tax deductible.

Of course, if you find yourself tossing and turning Friday night and wake to see that garden gnome staring at you from the corner of the bedroom, come on by Saturday morning and drop it off!  Stay all day and bid farewell to those objects you kept bumping into and find some other tchotchke to fill that void in your life.  These stoop sales are lots of fun, so even if you have no interest in material possessions, come on by, say hello, and have a drink!

Come Visit our Stoop!
Saturday, September 6th
on Court Street between 3rd and 4th Places.

Brooklyn, NY 11231  (take F or G train to Carroll St stop)
(We may extend into Sunday, September 7th.  Rain date is the following weekend.)

Spread the joy; please forward this to anyone whom you think would be happy to receive it.

We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,      Adhesive Theater Project
