In Hollywood, life moves at 24
frames per second, and in just
one of those frames a life could
be cut short.  You better not blink.  Our director has just been shot!  Can he discover his would-be murderer before his untimely demise?  Follow his journey as he enters a plot more sinister than his own Noir thriller.  Can he use his filmmaking techniques of manipulating time and image
 -  jump cutting, split screens,
    panning, zooming, and
    rewinding
 -
to uncover the truth?

Find out in NOIR
.
Presented in collaboration with Laura Peterson Choreography
and The New York City College
of Technology
.  Direction and production design by Cory Einbinder, costume design
by Deborah Hertzberg, lighting design by James Hergen, sound design by David B. Smith, video design by Linsey Bostwick, and original music by Tara Gladden and Nicole D'Agostino performed by the EVIL HORNS.

Adhesive Theater Project is celebrating its 10th year of creating experimental cross-disciplinary work through collaboration with professional artists of all mediums, particularly those with a non-theatrical background  -  from fashion designers to blues musicians, engineers to illustrators.  By challenging these artists to work in the theater we create new perspectives for live performance.  By integrating live music, visual arts, metaphor, and narrative storytelling, we create epic experiences that excite the audience's imagination.

Be the glue that keeps us together  -  become an Adhesive Theater Project donor.  Please consider making a 100% tax-deductible donation to Adhesive Theater Project.  Even the smallest donation goes a long, long way.
Adhesive Theater Project's works have been described as:
  • "especially memorable...creative, interesting...witty..." -- New York Times
  • "Nothing short of extraordinary... Stunningly theatrical, moodily evocative, and even a little scary at times...crackles with invention and intelligence." -- NYTheatre.com
  • "Einbinder genuinely succeeds." -- Village Voice
Sincerely,
