Joel Griffin, Resident Composer
Joel Griffin is a musician and songwriter from Texas who has worked with Adhesive since its inception and is its Resident Composer.  His scrores for Adhesive include R.U.R.: A Futurist Folk Opera in 2006, Chantecler in 2005, Figaro Gets a Divorce in 2004 and Spring Awakening in 2000.  In art-rock bands since 1987, as singer-songwriter Joe L. Snaggs, and as a composer for film and theater, Joel continuously explores the boundaries between shadows and light through his music.  He lives in Fort Greene, Brooklyn and teaches English at the High School for Leadership and Public Service in lower Manhattan.
